As a long-term Italian wine industry veteran, founder Amy Ezrin has collaborated with hundreds of Italian wineries. She has been behind the scenes. She knows the landscape. When her dream of bringing Sandy to life became reality, she found the ultimate partner: Conti degli Azzoni.
Meet the Winery:
Since 2016, the winery has been converting their 100+ hectares of vineyards to organic farming. The winery is currently in the process of completing their B-Corp certification, a rigorous set of criteria that promotes sustainability in all areas, from organic agriculture to eco-friendly packaging to renewable sources of energy to responsible employment practices.

How to Open
Punch out the perforated circle, pull open perforated flap, extract the tap, push flap back in place, remove safety strip from tap, brace thumb on top of tap and squeeze up on the little red levers! You’ll be drinking in no time.
